Ship inside real regulated environments, not sandbox demos
Every system you touch here runs against live enterprise data — banking identity stacks, pharma trial documents, enterprise SharePoint tenants — deployed inside the client's own Azure tenant. You're not building a proof of concept that gets shelved. You're building the thing an auditor will inspect.
Work directly with the people making the calls
There's no six-layer reporting chain between you and the architecture decisions. You'll work directly with the founder and a small senior team, which means your judgment shapes the product from week one — not after two years of "earning" it.
Own outcomes, not tickets
We hire people who can take a hard, ambiguous problem — a data model that doesn't exist yet, a compliance framework no one has automated before — and go build it, not people who wait for a fully-scoped Jira ticket.
